Gear Displays Inc. will not be held liable for any issues that arise from use of our websites. Downloading any materials through the sites are done at your own discretion and risk.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Gear Displays Inc. will replace, at its discretion, any ExpoGear products or components that fail to function due to defective materials or workmanship *free of charge for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. We are pleased to offer the only two year warranty on display products in Canada.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage due to losses in shipment: vandalism, theft, fire, or natural disasters. These may be covered by your insurance and/or carrier.
- Damage to shipping cases is not covered by warranty. In most incidences, you will need to file a claim with the carrier should it be damaged during transit.
- Damage incurred to graphics due to mishandling: exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, over-rolling, folding, creasing and tearing are not covered by warranty
- Items marked as Refurbished or Clearance
- Return shipping to Gear Displays Inc. is not covered by warranty. However, outbound shipping of a replacement product may be covered.
Non-Returnable Items
Graphics (that have been customer-approved prior to production) and customized products are not eligible for return. All claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours from the time of receipt of merchandise and should be directed to info@geardisplays.com.
Material Handling
All printed graphics orders are to be handled very carefully. If careful handling is not followed, delamination, creasing and/or wrinkling may occur and Gear Displays Inc. accepts no responsibility for any such damage to graphics. If you need help with proper graphic care instructions, please contact your Gear Displays Inc. representative.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All order cancellations must be made in writing to info@geardisplays.com prior to production. Cancellations will not be accepted for orders that have been completed and shipped. All order cancellations that have started but not shipped are subject to a restocking fee up to 75% of the retail value of the goods.
SHIPPING POLICY
Gear Displays Inc. will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. We will do our best to meet all deadlines and keep our customers updated in the event of any unforeseen delays.
